Propeller Repair (Prop Repair)

We offer year-round propeller repair services with pickup and drop-off available twice a week during the spring through fall season. All props are restored to OEM specifications using pitch blocks and verified on our pitch and rake indicator. A certified welder performs TIG welding on every prop for maximum strength, with no use of brazing rods. Stainless steel props are polished to a high shine using vibratory finishers at no additional cost. Props are meticulously ground, shaped, and balanced on either a static or dynamic balancer. Aluminum props are painted black or white to match OEM standards.
